Portrait Sizes and Prices
Below are my current portrait sizes and prices. Each price is based on one portrait subject on a plain white or coloured paper. If you would like a double portrait please add 20% to the quoted price for your chosen portrait size. If you would like the portrait to include a full background please add 20% to the quoted price. Please note, a double portrait can be drawn in the following sizes: 11x14", 12x16", 16x20".

​​Please send me several photos of your pet and we can discuss and agree on the best shot for your portrait. It's lovely to see a selection of photos so that I can get a sense of your pet's character! Ideally, the reference photo will be taken in natural light, close up and straight on at your dog's eye level. The quality of the photo is very important and being able to see the fine details of your pet's eyes and fur will enable me to produce the best portrait. ​

In order to secure your commission booking I request a £50 non-refundable deposit. I will send you an invoice from my website for the deposit amount. I will give you an estimated timeline for completion of the portrait - if you have a particular deadline in mind please let me know. Once the portrait is complete, I will send you a photo to review followed by the invoice for the outstanding balance of the portrait price. Once payment has been received, your portrait will be sent to you. I use the Royal Mail signed for and tracked service. Postage to destinations in the UK is included in the portrait price. If you are based outside the UK I will provide a quote for the cost of shipping which will be added to the portrait price.
Gift Certificates

A bespoke pet portrait is a timeless and heartfelt gift — a beautiful way to celebrate the bond between loved ones and their pets. Gift certificates are available for any portrait size and automatically reserve a place on my waiting list.
Each certificate is printed on luxury card and elegantly personalised with the recipient’s name, the portrait size, the gift giver’s name(s), and a one-year expiry date.
Certificates can be sent directly to you or the recipient, either in a simple envelope or presented in a luxury black A5 stationery box tied with a satin ribbon. Commission a Portrait

​To order a pet portrait please contact me via the contact form on this website or email petpawtraitsbynicola@gmail.com. Please let me know the portrait size you would like and whether it is a single or double portrait. A standard portrait will include the head and neck of your pet. If you would like a full body portrait or have any other specific requirements please include this in your email and I will provide a personalised quote.
Each portrait is beautifully presented in an elegant stationery box or folio. For portraits up to and including size 11x14", a luxury black box is used, wrapped with a satin ribbon for a refined finish. Portraits sized 12x16" and 16x20" are housed in a sophisticated grey card folio with a black side fastening. Both presentation options are thoughtfully designed to be stylish and gift-ready.
